Customers must raise a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product. Returns are accepted only through a self-return process, which means the customer must ship the product back to the return address provided by Shivilex. Currently, doorstep pickup service is not available.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition, along with its original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice. Products that show signs of use, damage, modification, missing parts, or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. We recommend sending the item through a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with our support team. Shivilex is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once the returned product reaches our facility, it will go through a quality inspection process. After approval, the refund or replacement will be processed as per policy timelines. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the purchase type.
Returns will not be accepted in cases where the product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Products purchased under clearance sale, special discounts, or marked as non-returnable are also not eligible for return unless received defective or damaged.
Customers must contact Shivilex support within the 3-day return period to receive return instructions and shipping details before dispatching the item. Any return sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
